Scot Shorts #17 // An "Akhenaten" solo

This is an excerpt from my video Scot Plays #7, Recording Guitars for "Akhenaten"! I've started recording a new album which I'm going to call "Valley Of The Kings", as it's based on the kings, gods, religion and culture of ancient Egypt, and this is the second track to be worked on from this new album. I've got two more written that I'll be recording guitars for soon, and I'll bring you those videos, too!

So this is a solo from around Measure 211, an up-tempo section that requires a bit of an aggressive, yet melodic, lead. I think I've found something that fits the bill, and this video shows the final take of recording that solo!
