T-Mobile Home Internet November 2022 Speedtest

Over the past 8 months my service has only gotten worse, the only advice I'm given is that there's a "tower upgrade" on the way and I should make sure I have my gateway positioned properly even though it already is and a 3-4 bar signal wouldn't result in abysmal speeds. Maybe I need to move next door to where the tower is?
