Fetterman gives victory speech after beating Dr Oz in Pennsylvania

Democrat John Fetterman wins US Senate race in Pennsylvania.
The lieutenant governor suffered a stroke shortly after winning the Democrat primary which caused him to struggle with the intensity of campaign trail.
His performance in a one-on-one debate with GOP rival Dr Oz drew concern from commentators and voters as the symptoms of his stroke caused the candidate to stumble over his answers.
However, after an exceptionally tight race the resulted in an important Democratic hold in Georgia.
