General Tso's Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Sauce mixture:

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/3rd Cup Chicken Stock
1 Tsp Corn Starch

For Coating:
1/2 Cup All purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Egg

For Stir Fry:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
Dried Red Chillies
