NATO 'will not underestimate Russia' despite Kherson withdrawal

NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg has told Sky News that Russia has "lost momentum" in Ukraine but the alliance should not "underestimate" Vladimir Putin.
His comments follow Moscow's announcement that it will begin withdrawing its troops from Kherson.
