The issues of air quality are of serious concern to physicians and anyone with breathing issues MUST get medical advice. Today is the 4th day in a row where figures have been at all time highs, with Sunday seeing, at one point, 171. Wearing masks DOES protect somewhat but considerably against the pollution in the air and outdoor exercise is not recommended.
