Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cup corn starch
• 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon of yeast
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 cup margarine or butter
• 6 bananas in strips
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup (tea) milk
• 1 box (395g) of condensed milk
• Cinnamon powder for sprinkling

Method:

In a bowl place the cornstarch, flour, sugar, yeast and margarine.

Mix with your hands until you get a crumb.

Grease a medium shape with margarine and wheat, now make layers starting and ending with the farofa. Spread a layer of farofa add the banana slices, another layer of farofa.

Beat the eggs, add the milk and pour over the layers.

Top with condensed milk.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 180º for approximately 20 min.
