Welcome to God of War Ragnarök! It has been a long wait for Kratos' and Atreus' stories to continue. We pick up some time after the last game where it seems the characters have grown used to Fimbulwinter. While some of the story has been foretold in prophecy, Kratos and Atreus still do not know the finer points of how they get to their pre-determined destination. All they know is the end of the world is coming. And all they can do is prepare for battle!
