Major PC Engine Core Update (SuperGrafx)

Here is one of the 2 major updates coming to the PC Engine Core from Agg23. The SuperGrafx works perfectly for the 5 games that where released for the system

Important

In order to be recognized by the core and boot properly, each SuperGrafx ROM must have the .sgx extension, otherwise you will see a black screen at boot.
