Tropical storm warnings issued as Nicole progresses westward

Stronger winds are now expected with the 7am advisory; Expect 3-4 feet below normal tides in Tampa Bay, Charlotte Harbor and coastal beaches Wed/Thu, then tides 1-3 feet above normal Thu/Fri as winds come ashore.
