Cop catches dog that leaps at him from car during speeding stop

An Oregon State Trooper was praised for his “cat-like reflexes” used to catch a dog that leaped from a car during a traffic stop in Josephine County on August 6. Dashcam and body camera footage released by state police shows the trooper catching a retriever in his arms after the animal jumped out the front passenger window.
