Malaysia - Malaysian cuisine - Rojak/Rujak - Vegan sweet salad with soy sauce and peanuts

Hello everyone! This episode will take you to a culinary journey to...Malaysia! This time I have prepared a vegetarian Malaysian dish with sweet, sour and salty flavours. Traditionally, this salad is non-vegetarian since it contains shrimp paste and fish sauce but I decided not to add these 2 ingredients, since I wanted to emphasise the sweetness of the soy sauce. Also, Rojak is one of the oldest dishes in the world.
