Recipe : Roti Canai | Malaysian Cuisine
This roti canai very soft in the inside, but at the same time crispy at the outside.

==Roti canai recipe==

Bread ingredients

500 gram wheat flour
1 egg
250 ml cold water
Salt
3 tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp margarine

Curry ingredient

1/2 holland
3 garlic cloves
3 stem curry leaf
Spices
1 potato
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp meat curry powder
1 can sardine
Salt
Sugar

Instructions

Mix all the bread ingredient except for water and margarine. Knead it using hook attachment until form breadcrumb.

After that, pour cold water little by little and knead until combine. Now you can put margarine and knead again until smooth and soft.

Cover the dough and rest it for 10 minutes. After that, knead again about 3 minute and rest again. Repeat the step for 3 times

Lastly, roll the dough into small ball and cover it with margarine. Rest again for 2 hours

Meanwhile, you can cook the curry

Saute spices and curry leaf until fragrant, then put minced onion and garlic. Let it turn brown color and put chili powder and curry powder. Pour a little bit of water and cook until the oil separated.

Pour water and potato, let it boil until potato soft

Put sardine and seasoning it well. Ready to serve
