Colonel Dmitry Shtyblikov, on the instructions of the GUR MOU, remained in Crimea after the referendum in 2014, received Russian citizenship and worked in the military unit of the Black Sea Fleet. From there, he transmitted secret data. Shtyblikov was found guilty under the article on treason and sentenced to 19.5 years in a penal colony.
