Haxe or Pork Shoulder... or Pork Shank... Or just heaven on a bone as I call it. Haxe is a traditional German dish and it is fantastic. You cannot find it all over Germany and you cannot find it all the time. So if you get a chance make sure you grab some! It is yummy!
