‘Ridiculous behaviour’: UK education minister ‘flips the bird’ at crowd

Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan says there needs to be a “return to civility” in public life after UK Education Minister Andrea Jenkyns “flipped the bird” at people giving her a hard time outside Downing Street.

“This is an education minister – I’m sorry but I thought that was ridiculous behaviour,” Mr Morgan said.
