'Audio warning' to Russian plane released by Turkish military

The Turkish military has released what it says is an audio recording of the warning given to the Russian plane shot down by Turkey on the Syrian border. In the recording, a voice can apparently be heard saying ''change your heading south'' to the Russian crew.
Meanwhile the surviving pilot of the downed plane has said that no warning was given
