Have urged Putin to declare ceasefire in Ukraine: Hungarian PM Orban

Hungarian PM Viktor Orban said on Wednesday that he had urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to declare immediate ceasefire in Ukraine. Orban added that he offered to host talks between Russia and Ukraine, to which Putin's response was "positive" but came with conditions. Notably, Hungary has refused to supply any ammunition to Ukraine or allow its transit through its territory.
