The 2-2-4-2-2 Drill. Something worth practicing? Two Minute Tuesday

This is a great drill and you can create variations to recreate less of a static shooting spot. You can do this from cover, changing positions, kneeling, standing, etc. Pistol, rifle, you name it. It goes over rapid target acquisition with multiple targets while trying to increase your speed and your cadence. This is definitely one to keep in the back pocket.
