EU Commission initiated proceedings against Hungary due to double Hungarian fuel prices!!

In the framework of the regular package containing its decisions related to breaches of obligations, the European Commission takes legal action against those Member States that have not fulfilled their obligations under EU law. The purpose of these decisions affecting various sectors and EU policy areas is to ensure the proper application of EU law, taking into account the interests of citizens and businesses, the committee’s statement reads.
