Q: "How did We Let Mentally Ill People Take Over Education of Our Children?"

Whenever you're tempted to ask "How did this happen?"  make sure you first look in the mirror. What message does it send when you willingly, or even eagerly hand, your children over to the government to be reared? Is there anyone not related to you, whom you've never met, you would interest with the care of your children all day every day for nine months out of the year? Now allow the state to choose that person for you… Do you think perhaps there's a conflict of interest, you genuinely believe the state has your best interest at heart, never mind your child's? If so, why do you believe that? Do you genuinely believe you can vote out bad ideas in a single election, or even a single lifetime? These are the questions more parents need to ask next time they find themselves wondering how we got here with our schools.
