INTROSPECTION - difference between a calm and a violent society is one's views towards frustrations

Frustrations and how you view them. The video feels off a bit because I had so many more ideas, but didn't want to end up with a seminar on frustrations :D
Are they yours in the first place? Or did you invest energies in those for no cause. The past matters not, what you can become is decided in the present, the past is nothing but the totality of building blocks you have acquired through own experiences. Don't view yourself badly, you'll make even more frustrations and misaccomplishments.
