Big Data Poll CEO on a big shift in how Republicans vote

The CEO of Big Data Poll, Rich Baris, says there's a group of about 15% of primary voters who are bringing their mail-in ballots to drop off in person on election day, and they make up hundreds of thousands of primarily Republican votes.
