Prime Minister of Nepal K.P. Sharma Oli and party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal popularly known as Prachanda has serious differences after PM Oli met India's RAW chief Samant Goel. Prachanda said that, this is a violation of protocol and demanded an explanation of the meeting.
