The Secret to Making Amazing Blueberry Pancakes

I don't want to spoil the surprise but this is a huge secret and you need to watch the whole video to find out how to make the best, fresh blueberry pancakes ever! Here is the recipe
Fluffy Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

Full recipe (8 to 14 pancakes)
3 cups AP Flour
3 Cups Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
A Bunch Of Blueberries, Fresh or frozen/thawed

Half recipe (4 to 7 pancakes)
1 ½ cups AP Flour
1 ½ cups Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
A Bunch Of Blueberries, Fresh or frozen/thawed

Heat cast iron griddle to 400f- 450f
Pour enough batter for 1 pancake into the pan and move it around to get it about 1/2” thick
Cook for 1 minute 48 seconds and then flip the pancake. Cook another 1min 48 sec and transfer the pancake to a sheet pan in your oven set to the lowest setting. Repeat until you run out of batter. Add butter and syrup and enjoy!
