The Secretary-General of the United Nations has wrapped up his visit to Vietnam. Antonio Guterres spent two days in Hanoi at the invitation to mark the 45th anniversary of Vietnam joining the UN. He also met with the Party General Secretary, Prime Minister, and National Assembly Chairman as well as taking in some of the sights around the capital.
