A hairstylist is now RM13,616 poorer after a botched cosmetic operation left her face disfigured.

MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong, who highlighted the incident at a press conference on Tuesday, said legal aid was being considered and a report would be filed against the clinic with the Malaysian Medical Association.
