So, what is Oktoberfest? Oktoberfest is a festivalthe world's largest annual beer held at the Theresienwiese. The festival usually lasts 16 days, from late September to early October, and is visited by an average of about six million people from all over the world. It is recorded that every year about six million visitors come to enliven this festival who come from various countries. The festival is held in an area called the Theresienwiese or Therese's field.
This festival is synonymous with large quantities of beer, traditional German food, and many other joys. Germany itself has celebrated Oktoberfest every year since 1810.
