Vertiginous slopes keep ibex families safe from predators but they need to descend to flat ground to drink and this brings them in contact with a fox. This gives us a spectacular sight of mountain goats (baby ibex) as they scale perilous cliffs to escape a hungry fox.

The wildlife documentary series with David Attenborough continues with a unique and intimate glimpse into the secretive lives of mountain-dwelling animals.

The great mountain ranges are some of the planet's most spectacular landscapes, but they are unforgiving places to live in, and only a few animals have what it takes to live at extreme altitude. Mountain animals are amongst the most elusive in the world, and this film provides unique and intimate glimpses into their secretive lives.
