Atlantica Sungarden Park - Pros and Cons - Ayia Napa, Cyprus

What are the pros and cons!?
This is a new hotel from the Atlantic chain. The rooms are renovated, large and modern design. Please don't confuse it with another hotel Atlantica Sungarden Beach.
The location of the hotel is good, away from the noise. However, you will need to walk 3 minutes to the nearest Pernera Beach, which is not very big. Although, within 10 minutes walk there is a beautiful Sandy Bay.
The presence of a water park is a definite advantage for families with children!
The hotel recently started work so clearing and services are good but could be further improved!
The food is wonderful and so varied that you will hardly ever get a chance to try everything.
In our opinion, this hotel is perhaps the best choice among budget hotels in Ayia Napa!
