At least 15 dead after blaze engulfs Russian bar, suspect arrested

At least 15 people have died after fire broke out at a bar in the Russian city of Kostroma. Emergency services say 50 firefighters and 20 fire engines were present at the spot to douse the blaze. Up to 250 people were evacuated while firefighters struggled after the building's roof collapsed.
