What is it about the human soul that causes all who are born again to instinctively seek some-one, some-thing or some situation to make the object of our human needs/desires? Why does healthy spiritual growth & development include attaching the needs of our heart to another person like us?

We know that our love can only be attached to someone like us who loves in a similar way that we do. When we attach our heart to theirs and they feel the same for us, we feel the attachment. It might take a little time for the attachment to kick in but with patience & discernment it will.
