New G.I. Joe Classified Figures at Walmart. Too Expensive?

I saw these 6" G.I. Joe Classified Series figures at Walmart. They have a retro vibe to them but supersized. I don't get it though. The target market must be Adults that grew up on the old Cartoons. These are just too pricey for me personally.
