Solar arrays to boring tunnels underground, even buying social media companies. But what Musk says he is trying to do is to be useful.

So while all of these projects are amazing and world-changing. When it boils down to it Elon is someone who is trying to be useful to humanity. He does this by working on projects that will make a consequential difference in the world. And he believes that if you focus on these types of projects you will be a success.
