my youtube views spiked to 2.46k did urs too on 26 septemper 22 worried wombat

hi in this video i went over my worried wombat channalyics on youtube and seen my channel had a spike in views on the 26 sept 22 and i checked other small channels and they all did the same thing does this prove either youtube could let us have more views and there holding us back so they can get more content out of us before we can make up the 4000 watch hours to monetize
