‘I feel like unity consciousness is something that is derived from us really seeking to understand each other first. I love listening to people’s stories. I was speaking to someone yesterday about their political beliefs, and he didn’t want to talk politics. I said I just wanted to listen and understand his perspective because I wanted to know how he sees the world. The more open we are to hearing people, the more connected we feel.’

ON INTEGRITY
‘Part of staying integral is just me reconnecting to my purpose. Every day, I find that life gets so busy. Before the pandemic, it was so easy to get caught up in the minutia and I lost my 40,000-foot perspective. I think that time during COVID gave me the reset that reminded me about my intention. I create a lot of time to pause and listen to my inner wisdom and honor that wisdom.’

‘At this moment, more than any other time in my life, I would like people to just listen to each other; listen without thought or judgment. Just really immerse themselves in another person’s story and turn off the noise. Listen to your brother, your sister, and your neighbor because they’ve got some really interesting stories to share.’
