Cooking with Hummus
today I use what needs using up before i go shopping again tomorrow, so that means using up the leftover veggies and the free Hummus I got yesterday
so together with a cup and a half of pasta we have a lovely pan cooked pasta bake, and a nice focaccia on the side
shopping at the food initiatives enables us to create beautiful and varied meals
