I️ would like to take a moment and congratulate a few of my sellers. We sold the townhome in 4 days for full price in Frederick. Clearwater court in Damascus was in the “weird market vibe” price point. Even in a changing market, we took a contract just shy of lost price in under 45 days. We still had 18 showings on it. Both of these clients were flocking out of Maryland, I wish them both happiness in there new endeavors.
