The guests loved it! Everyone asked for the recipe! No oven, quick and tasty.
Each of you can bake a delicious cake. Follow the instructions in the video recipe and you'll be fine.

â–º INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs.
Cornstarch 2 tablespoons (30 g).
vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon.
Sugar 8 tablespoons (140 g).
Sour cream or Greek yoghurt 500 g.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (especially at the bottom of the pan).
Send to the fridge.
Flour 2 cups (250 g).
Butter 130 g (frozen).
Sugar 4 tablespoons (60 g).
vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon.
Cook until golden brown.
Cream 33-36% 250g (chilled).
Beat until soft peaks.
Add the custard in small portions.
Blend until smooth.
Divide cream and crumb into 4 portions.
Assemble the cake.
Cake pan 18cm.
Coconut flakes and toasted walnuts.
Place in the fridge overnight.
