i love this app. this is literally the same thing i would do in Fl Studio. Program midi. Create automations. Build effects racks. Design sounds. Make drum patterns. Record whatever. Sample. Make chops. Edit.. Play Melodies. Do processing. eqing. Mixing. Mastering. etc.etc.etc. Minus the vst's. You can still use any samples you want, and have a wide range of synthesis techniques, along with some serious studio quality machines built in. everything you need, is there.
