Close working relationship between political leadership, public service key: DPM Lawrence Wong

Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said a close working relationship between Singapore's political leadership and the public service is key to sustaining good results for the nation. At the Public Service Leadership ceremony, he added that this partnership is grounded in mutual trust and respect, and based on a shared understanding to build a better Singapore together. Mr Wong also reassured that the political leadership will not allow "populist politics, race politics, or money politics" to take root in Singapore.
