The Housing Market Just Went From BAD to WORSE

Pending home sales in the United States dropped 35% in recent weeks compared to the same time last year, according to data from Redfin.

“That represents the largest annual decline and the fewest homes under contract in any October since at least 2015 when Redfin’s weekly housing market records began,” the company said late last month. We also have some other serious market indicators that the housing market just went from bad to worse.
