Northern Ireland election will take place, says Secretary

The Northern Ireland Secretary Chris Heaton-Harris has said he will call a snap Assembly election but has not set a date.

Stormont has failed to elect a new speaker, First Minister or Deputy First Minister - meaning an election in Northern Ireland is looming.
