It’s a great idea to seek professional help for anxiety and depression, but not everyone can afford therapy or a counselor. Thankfully, there are things you can do to ease anxiety and depression, and they all involve doing something hard.

We are built to struggle and the lack of struggle in the modern world has led to a great deal of anxiety. Choose to do something hard every day and see if that doesn’t improve your mood.
