Two Just Stop Oil activists have been arrested after they were brought down from the Queen Elizabeth II bridge.

The protesters had occupied the bridge on the Dartford Crossing to force its closure, causing miles of traffic congestion in a bid to get the government's attention.

Marcus and Morgan clung to the cables of the bridge for over 36 hours in a bid to make the government end all new oil and gas extraction licenses.
