Would you mail a package like this thru UPS???

Got home and walked into my office to see this laying on my desk! Wife said thats the way it arrived. I figured maybe the box got destroyed and UPS just transferred the labels to the bubble wrap. Nope the Ebay Seller mailed it just like this after buying it a week ago. I messaged him and he said Sorry just keep the putter and fully refunded my payment!
