Sunshine the elixir of life

It seems like everyone knows but us humans. The dogs know the snakes no the flowers no the trees no all of the living existence reaches for the sunshine but yet we as humans hide it from ourselves. Sunblock hats clothes air conditioning heating. Some of us never experienced the fresh air in the sunshine for months at a time. We need sunshine the same as all other living existence on this earth but yet we have more or less cut ourselves off from it. We get little doses occasionally but not enough to keep us healthy. To give us the vitamin D and the other life essence the sun gives us when it shines directly on our skin.
