The complex psychological and emotional effects of gaslighting

This is an extract from module 3 of Navigating complex relationships where I share about the effects of gaslighting from either draco beings, NPCs, other reals or ourselves who are in denial and cognitive dissonance. Gaslighting is a mind control form of handling that invalidates our perceptions. Even when practicing assertive communication, you will not get anywhere if you are interacting with someone who is either unwilling to break free from their programming, weither spirited or not or consciously choosing denial. I also share about the general gaslighting in our lives from the media, including with the fear propaganda and the doom and gloom agendas on the alternative scene. Gaslighting is meant to slow you down and make you doubt the nature of your own experience, presenting an untrue version of reality as the truth. It generally makes it harder for us to take decisions that are the right ones for us to take.
