The .38 caliber is normal window of shooting when shooting.
The .44 Magnum is bigger window of shooting when shooting.
The Grenade launcher kills all everything in the screen when shooting.
Harder makes the enemy faster.
Ammo regains full ammo.
Health regains health (but it disappears so fast).
