The Stone Was Taken Away

The resurrection of Jesus Christ was not directly witnessed by anyone, unlike the death of Jesus Christ. His death was a very public death, many people were there to witness His crucifixion. When he arose from the dead on the third day, nobody was present to witness it. There were guards at the stone that kept the sepulchre closed, but they did not see Jesus Christ arise from the dead. The resurrection of Jesus Christ was a physical resurrection, He arose from the dead with a body – a glorified body.
